Delivery
Pierre Lafleur Management Ltd T/A Asobi can deliver goods to destinations within the UK.
We usually dispatch all mainland UK orders within 24 hours of receipt on an overnight courier service. This means you should receive your order within 2 working days of ordering. However, as a safety margin we do ask that you allow 5 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed 5 days we will notify you before processing the order, giving you the option to cancel.
It is important to try and ensure someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the order, as packages will not be left without a signature. It may often be convenient to specify a work or business address for delivery. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery the courier will leave a contact card. Customer will have to ring to re-arrange delivery. If no one is still present to take the order, the package will be returned to us, which can result in extra charges. If the customer wishes to redirect the package to an alternative address this can also result in extra charges. Please be aware these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us by telephone or email. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.
Shipping and Handling
The cost of shipping is FREE on all orders with a net value of over £200. Any other order will be charged at cost.
Help with your Order
Over the whole range our minimum order is £100. Prices are before VAT is added.
We do not accept payment online. For existing customers the goods will be sent and an invoice will follow where payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. New customers will be contacted to organise payment prior to dispatch. We accept cheques, BACS, debit and credit cards. Credit cards have a 2.5% fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
